Hey!! I am the Founder and Director of Vorfreude. I am highly ambitious and a feminist. I enjoy listening to rain at night, feeling the soft breeze of a summer night, surrounded by the indescribable scent of warm trees, witnessing the gleeful waves dance on a hot, cozy, summer afternoon and watching the never ending stretch of stars. I am a voracious reader, who can’t wait to fill my evenings with fiction. I started Vorfreude after witnessing my fellow friends completely unsure about their career. Even with various streams and infinite career options most of the students still lack decision making skills. We aim to give flares to your dreams. I hope Vorfreude helps you too!!

Hi I’m Udyati, CEO and Head of Event Management department at Vorfreude.I am a dance enthusiast and I love taking responsibilities.I have a passion for teaching and I love playing handball.I am a good orator and communicator and I have participated in various MUNs and debate competitions. My experience with Vorfreude has been amazing . Initially I was a marketing intern and event management intern.I worked my way up to the head of event management position, and now the CEO. Am really grateful for the whole team,the volunteers ,the whole core to help me become what I am today.Vorfreude has made me understand the importance of a good workplace environment and the need to connect with your team.It has help me build my leadership and management skills.It has taught me how to handle tasks efficiently and made me a better person. With Vorfreude,I have received the opportunity to connect with different people all over India and learnt so many new things. As a part of the event management team,I went to various offline events to orphanages where we interacted with the children,taught them about different careers that can be opted for. The happiness on their faces made all efforts seem nothing and I hope to continue this.

Hello! I’m Mannat, Vice President and Head of Graphic Design here at Vorfreude. I have been an advocate for education and empowerment for as long as I can remember. Everyone deserves to have adequate knowledge to be able to choose a rewarding career, and that is what Vorfreude provides. My experience with Vorfreude is one I will always find remarkable. I started out here as a Graphic Design Intern and worked my way up to the HOD position, then progressively the CEO and Vice President positions. This organization holds a very special place in my heart the environment, the volunteers, the events, everything. As a team, we have faced a lot of highs and lows together but in the end, we always pulled through. You can see how everyone here is more than just a volunteer, but a valuable and indispensable part of our team. Seeing everyone chime in with ideas is thought-provoking and their enthusiasm is inspiring. I oversee both offline as well as online operations with the help of our team and it is heartwarming to see how much of an impact a group of teenagers can have. My experience interacting with our audience and the younger children that we help has been rejuvenating. Having young children look up to you is an indispensable privilege and I feel grateful that we are able to make that big an impact.

Hi I’m Ernest Kimathi, Head of Ict department at Vorfreude.I am a multi-talented Kenyan Content Creator, Podcast Host, Fashionprenuer, Entreprenuer & A Talent Manager who is making a name for himself in various industries. He was born and raised in Kenya, where he discovered his passion for content creation and entrepreneurship. Over the years, he is sharpening his skills to establish himself as a respected figure in the Kenyan creative scene.an Entreprenuer/Fashionprenuer/Talent Manager/Freelance Website & Mobile app Developer and I love taking responsibilities.I have a passion for trading cryptocurrencies/Volunteering in Youth-Led organizations and I love Swimming. My experience with Vorfreude has been amazing . I am an enthusiastic person and love meeting new people. Vorfreude offers me this opportunity through various events and tasks like the offline diya painting workshop that our team conducted in a girls orphanage. The kids made our moments there so much better and happier, the big smiles that they have makes us want to continue doing things for them. Working with Vorfreude has made me much more responsible and effective about the work I do. Vorfreude checks all the boxes for me. It has an amazing team that is highly enthusiastic and goal oriented, provides direction and feedback from time to time and is keen on trying a variety of activities. Interacting with kids has been one of my ways to happiness and Vorfreude has provided that opportunity to me. The time that we got to spend with the kids was amazing and without fail the best moments of the event. I have recently started heading the social media team and learnt a lot in this short period of time, in terms of content creation and what goes behind running a social media page of such a wonderful organisation.

This organisation has a really great work environment where people are always motivated to do something for the society. I have had many experiences in communicating and spending my time with the kids. One of the favourites being talking to them about their dreams and passions where they seemed all enthusiastic to achieve anything. This really made me value my ambitions and encouraged me to give time to my hobbies and spend more time with people and talking about them. It was really fun working offline with my team and managing events and workshops. Sure it has been hectic and time consuming but it was worth it when we know who we were doing all this for. In a way Vorfreude has not only taught me about the various challenges in the society but it is also helping me improve myself.It is a one stop place to create a brighter future. Vorfreude is kind of different from all other organisations I have volunteered in,as it gives a lot of opportunities and recognition which motivates the members. Events held by the Hyderabad team made me come out of my comfort zone from being an introvert to an extrovert. Interacting with the little one's was the best part and an overwhelming experience. The lessons I've learned from Vorfreude have helped me become a better person and handle my own duties as well as those of my team members. The ngo offers a great working atmosphere that continually inspires people to give back to society. I've got the chance to interact with and spend time with kids thanks to my experiences with Vorfreude. One of my favourite moments was talking about their aspirations and hobbies, which energised them and motivated me to pursue my own goals and spend more time interacting with others. It was tough and time-consuming, but I enjoyed working offline with my team to plan events and courses. The gratification of knowing that we were contributing to a worthwhile cause, though, made it all worthwhile.I am eager for more opportunities like this in the future!
